In October last year we were able to open a new clinic in Pader, Northern Uganda. This new venture is a joint initiative with the Uganda government and Suubi Trust is raising funds to help meet running costs.

566 patients were treated in the first 4 months.

Simon and Judy Friend have helped to raise over £30,000, recently receiving
£6,000 from Trade Aid UK Ltd.

In July Rose Nanyonga Clarke will retrace her steps on a journey she took in 1989 from Bamunanika to Kiwoko; one that led her into a whole new life.

She will be raising funds to help support Hope Ward and the Nursing School.

Richard Feinmann is a 62 year old general and chest physician who retired a bit early after a serious health scare. He felt he had more to give and jumped at the chance to work with his health visitor wife in Uganda.

Richard has been making a big difference to our work on Hope Ward and the TB Lab.
